Our radiology consultation website provides a platform for connecting patients with qualified radiologists to provide second opinions on medical imaging tests.
After you place an order for a radiology second opinion report through our website, we will deliver your report via’ email within 5-6 business days from the time we receive the DICOM images of your radiology scan and clinical history.
KINDLY ENSURE –
1.) Correct report and correct quantity has been ordered.
2.) Payment has been made and a screenshot of the same has been shared with us.
3.) Imaging files of adequate quality in DICOM format have been shared with us.
For best results, uploads should be completed at least 24 hours prior to placing the order and making the payment. We recommend uploading the following when available:
- Radiology report from previous interpretation (if available)
- Relevant lab results or pathology reports
- Clinical notes or discharge summaries
You will receive a written radiology report summarizing the radiologist’s findings and recommendations within 5-6 business days on the Email ID shared by you.
If you need to cancel your order, you can do so within 24 hours of placing the order. Late cancellations are considered completed consults.
